The Text Sections dialog allows you to add additional text to the form printout. 

Currently a Title, Header and Footer text is possible. Each section can be printed using a different font. While the font settings are persisted the text to be printed is not. 

NOTE: Hover over the change font button for the particular section and the hint will reveal all of the selected fonts details.
