This dialog displays when you select the Print button on the main Visual Forms window or select the Print Form context menu item. 

Proportional (based on PixelsPerInch) 

Select this option to print out the form so that the printed image is approximately the same visible size as it is in the designer. This option produces the best results and is the default option. 

Print to fit page 

Select this option to fit the Form printout to cover the page. Note that the image is still to scale so depending on the size and dimensions of the form, the image will not cover the entire page. 

No scaling 

Select this option to cover the entire page with the form image. This will result in the form being stretched and no longer in proportional.

Clicking this button displays a new window that allows you to enter in a Title, Header and Footer text to accompany the printed version of the form.
