Visual Forms can be translated by modifying the included Language.ini file. 

To aid the translation, you can request a copy of the JED Software translation manager which allows you to easily view translations and make adjustments. To get access to the Translation Manager, just email support and request the "Translation Pack for Visual Forms". 

If you do translate Visual Forms, you can send your completed Language.ini file to JED Software where it will be merged with the official translations and included in future versions.
